Business Advisor | Digital Experience Creator

I help people and organisations with strategic planning, operational improvement and creating and activating digital experiences.


With KPMG 

During my 23 year tenure at KPMG, I initially worked as an auditor for five years before transitioning into management consulting for nine years. My expertise and leadership skills helped drive strategic and operational improvement projects in various sectors, including Federal Government, Defence, Education, Banking, Energy, and Retail. I have served as the cost optimisation lead for the Australian firm, led the Financial Management team in the Melbourne office and co-authored the global firm's process improvement training.  


In the last decade, I took on a global role in Clients & Markets, focusing on creating and launching digital experiences to help grow the firm and enhance staff connectivity. These platforms have been leveraged by over 100,000 people in more than 100 countries, marking my scaled contribution to the firm's growth and success.


With the Sharpen Learning Group 

I founded the Sharpen Learning Group as part of my voluntary work in creating interactive digital experiences to help with Dementia awareness. This blossomed into a business creating bespoke digital and learning experiences for clients in Australia and around the world.  


At home 

I enjoy spending time with my young family, hitting the beach, being the worst person at kickboxing class and cooking American BBQ.
